As the Constitutional Court of Ukraine passed the resolution of September 9, 2010 on the jurisdiction of cases on the welfare payments, the bill (Reg. No.7148) presents a new version of paragraph 11, item 1, chapter XII "Final Provisions" of the Law "On the Judicial System and the Status of Judges", pursuant to which, the provisions of sub-item 2 of sub-item 3.6 and sub-item 10 of sub-item 3.7 of item 3, chapter XII "Final Provisions" on the jurisdiction of the administrative course and withdrawal of the disputes on assigning, calculation, re-calculation, receipt of pension payments, welfare payments for people with disabilities and other welfare payments that came into effect since October 1, 2010 from the civil jurisdiction." These disputes are transferred to the respective administrative courts for judicial examination, in accordance with the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine. The statement of claims and appeals on the disputes submitted before October 1, 2010, the legal proceeding of which has not commenced yet, are transferred to the respective administrative courts."
